   - We offer refunds on products that are defective or damaged with company approval only. To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us of the issue within 3 business days of receiving the product and send us an email with picture of any defects.

**3. Refund Process:**

   - Once your refund request is received and approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 9 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

 

**4. Non-Refundable Items:**

   - Certain items are non-refundable, including gift cards and downloadable products.

 

**5. Return Shipping:**

   - If you are instructed to return the product, you will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
